Event Description:

One of the Tech Council’s objectives is to assist environmental and energy entrepreneurs as well as researchers in bridging the gap between discovery and commercialization. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, companies and researchers to meet others in the field to discuss their novel ideas and innovations.

Join us at the Davidson Laboratory at Stevens Institute for tours of the lab, the research in Ocean, Naval and Coastal Engineering, and then join us for a panel discussion and research presentations from across the country, including CA and RI. Companies and organizations presenting include: ESE Global Ratings, Flux Marine Ltd. + Navatek, Rutgers University, Seatrec, Inc, Stevens Institute of Technology, Stockton University and SurfWEC.

3 pm - 4 pm - Tours of the Davidson Labs and other research programs.
4 pm - 5 pm - Panel on Sustainable Future – Ocean Tech

Parking:  Space is very tight at Stevens, but we have obtained space at the parking deck at the bottom of the Babbio Center.  This is reachable by using the Sinatra Drive entrance.  Once parked, you should take the elevator to the main lobby of Babbio Center, exit the building through the front doors and cross and walk up the street to the Nicoll Environmental Laboratory and the indoor entrance to the Davidson Lab.  Please follow the NJ Tech Council signs.
